I think Eastside had a C5R block? Not positive though.

ARE went 8.92 I think at 155 with ported LS1 heads (not LS6) and re-sleeved LS1 block.

C5R block doesnt add any real HP at these levels.
Now the C5R heads would for sure...

But neither ARE or ESP had C5R heads.....

Eastside went 8.9 with a C5R block, and later went 9's with a iron block I heard.

Slomaro you including resleeved stuff I'm not clear on whether you mean stock cubes?

If that's the case then I think ARE went 8.9's and Cartek went 9.21 with too much converter.

ARE went 8.92 with a resleeved LS1 block and either LS1 or LS6 heads in 2002.This record should be falling real soon.I know of 2 cars in Ohio that are capable of bettering that number. This Spring is going to be fun.

AREs weight on that 8.9 pass was 3300 pounds I believe.

There class min was 3200 but they couldnt reach it at that point and still have everything required for the class in the car.

They switched to a lighter hood afterwards and I think that got them (With some other minor stuff) around 3250 pounds)
