Default Next mod to reduce 60ft times

I have an 01 SS Camaro 6-Speed full bolt ons that made 359 @tires w/stock internals!, anyway I have been running 12.8-13.0 @ 107-109 in 1/4 mile but my 60ft times are still consistently around 2.0 with an occasional 1.9. I have Nitto 555r Drag Radials, stock rear w/3.42 and no suspension mods, I know the car is capable of running better times but I just cat seem to get it to launch, Im only looking for a consistent 1.7 - 1.8 60ft nothing unreasonable. Any ideas you guys would greatly help!!

Maybe better tires. The Nittos don't hook too well.

After that, shocks, LCA, and TA,

How are you shifting it that MPH looks really low for your HP level? Your an M6 you need a lot to 60 well.
Rear end
Clutch
torque arm
LCA
Tires, your nitto are doing as well as you should hope about a 2.0 60 ft
You could just do tires on 15 or 16inch rim but then you will break all the above.

Yeah your rear end wont hold up for long if you put some M/T drag radials on it. But if your not wanting to spend a lot of money my first mod would be some good lower control arms and relocation brackets, then later on if your budget allows you can get all the above stuff the other guys suggested, rear ends and clutches aren't cheap.

I would get LCA relocation brackets, LCA's, and sub frame connectors.

Set tires around 18psi Do a long burn out and leave around 4500 slipping the clutch real fast. I used to go 1.8-9s with a stock Lt1 that way on Nittos.
