It should run in the high 13's pretty easy.. my home track is 3000 ft with DA's usually above 4000 ft. (the DA in my sig was at the end of Nov.) I've run 13.40's in 4000+ DA's numerous times.
In the summer here in West Texas the DA's were nearing 6000 ft sometimes and I was running 13.80's with 2.2 60' before I changed the clutch and got DR's (prolly would have gone 13.5-6 in that horrible air with current mods).

Before you get pissed, realize your in control of that M-6. That truck shifted for you. My first time at the track i went 13.31. The second time with some drag rad's and practice I went 12.82. Be advised the tach reads slow at wot. Be prepared to have to shift at 5500 indicated the first run to get a feel for it.
Good luck, Fred

Personally, I don't think you will have a problem running a 13. Once you get back from the track post your time slip. I never raced at 3500-4000 feet myself. I would throw some drag radials on before I went to really see what the car has got. Good luck & let us know how you did, Fred

The problem with LACR is of course the altitude. Not only is it 2700' physically, most nights you can get a DA of 4000'+. Then, compound that with some of the worst track prep i've seen. DO NOT pull out your air filter if you think you can pick up a little more power, its not worth the potential damage to your motor. Had to to clean a brand new K&N filter after a day of racing there, WAY too much dirt in the air. If you can't run a 13 or whatever your goal is, don't be dissapointed. Just an example, i ran a 2 tenths better 60' at irwindale than palmdale, and i ran 6 tenths better 1/8 mile at irwindale than palmdale.

Well if i went today which it is not open..... The DA as of right now is 2682 Feet ... which wouldnt be to bad .... but we'll see what its at Wednesday!! I have had ok luck with traction never thought it was TOO bad but it is bad ... i cut a 2.0 60' in my lightning on F1's (close to bald) So if i hit at least a 2.2 60' with the DA around 2700... i know i'll hit 13's

Probably came in a little late but I ran 13.53 at 104.9 at LACR with only a TSP lid no other mods not even free ones. You should be able hit the same times as me. This was in my 02 t\a with 6500 miles.
