Default What size mts would you use?

Im going to use a 16x8 wheel. Would you go with the 26x11.5x16 or 26x10.5x16 et street? Technicaly the specs for approved rim width says I should maybe go with the 10.5 but I did alot of research and alot of guys are running 11.5 on a 16x8. But im wondering what would actualy be better? Any idea?

if this car is an auto, run the mt radials on those 16" wheels. if a stick, from experience, go with the 11.5" wide et streets. the contact patch on the wider wheels is only around 10" and less on the smaller wheel. its a taller tire.

I would just run the factory size 245/50/16 on the car in a M/T ET Street radial will hook just fine.

Run the 26/11.5 et street. So what if the car is an auto, if your track prep sucks the et streets bias plys will do a lot better over the radial.

Thants one reason I made up my mind about the et street but it seems like the extra width of the 11.5 maynot fit as well on the 16x8 wheel as well as the 10.5 according to recomendations on mts website. I know guys run 11.5 on their 16x8s but it dosent mean its the better over the 10.5. Thats why I need people to chime in with experience.
