Stock engine N/A on manifolds/ur 1/4 mph?
I'm just curious what you full weight car guys are trapping on stock motor/manifold cars? I think I will run 112 the next time I hit the track & am curious what you all ran/run. Since the 109.77, I've added the SSRA. I'm sure there is alot of you full weight guys trapping higher. I'm just curious to see where I stand currently. If it ever quit's snowing up here I'd like to confirm my theory @Atco, N.J. Thanks, Fred

I went 12.88@111.70mph with a 2.2 sixty with stock manifolds, stock cats and stock Ypipe. (Had a stock int pipe as wll and a dynomax bullet in place of the factory muffler.)
Whisper lid, !MAF screen and throttle body bypass were the only mods.

111.70 (ChrisARE360) seems to be about the best so far on full weight cars, stock motors & manifolds. I would think dropping the cats would be another 1-2 mph. So with the addition of the SSRA I should be running right where you big dogs are. After some long tubes I'll be happy to run 115 like Damien.

Well that confirms what I already knew, I definitely have 1 of the slowest ls1s on the planet. Fred, I don't think you need headers, they're a very bad mod. Just a waste of money. I think you should leave the car alone.

I have the slip, and I'll try to get it scanned in or take a picture of it. The car also trapped 114 several times that day. Best MPH with the seats in was high 112s in worse weather, but I also didn't have the 12 bolt at that time.

I think my trap speed is low in comparison to most, could be attributed to having 10psi in the slicks at the time, might have hurt my top end. With the rim/tire combo, jack/spare, back seats and passender seat, i think my raceweight is right at 3500lbs or so. My time and mods are in my sig.
