Default e85 or 93 octane pump gas for low 10 sec street/strip car?

I'm building a carbed 408 for my street/strip 84 camaro. The car weighs about 3350 w/driver. My goal is to run low 10's N/A. The basics of the combo are callies rotating assembly, solid roller cam(to be speced once head flow data is available and compression ratio determined), Trick Flow 220cc as cast heads (fully hand ported), Vic Jr., th-350 trans, 4.30 gears. I'm taking the block to the machine shop this week and still haven't purchased any of the engine internals so I can still go any direction I want to.

I orginally was planning on 93 octane pump gas and a compression ratio of 11.5:1. I'm debating if it would be worth it to raise the compression and go with E85 with my power goal in mind? The only downside is that I would have to replace my fuel lines(currently have 8an braided which are probalby not E85 compatable), fuel pump, and regulator.

I have an aeromotive SS pump now with an aeromotive bypass return regulator. It worked great for my old 383SBC(ran high 10's N/A with it) but it would probably be ok with my new combination using pump gas but not big enough for E85. The SS pump is rated for 750HP with a bypass regulator.

What pump and regulator would you recommend if I go with E85?

if the pump is rated for 750 horsepower on gasoline then its only good for around 550 on e85 since it takes around 30% more for the e85.
i like magnafuel stuff but its really up to you.
