thats correct 146lbs. without the converter.

Just about identical to the T56 in weight (my T56 was about 140 lbs...just sold it for a TH400)....then you have to add the converter. FWIW, that's probably about the same weight, if not less - depending on the converter, than the clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel.
