Default What is this MPH good for....

Ok my car is untuned on street tires spinning badly, I have to let up 3-4 times off the line to try to get it to hook and still spin to about 60-65mph, then bounce off the revlimiter on the 2-3 shift a couple of times and get 90mph in the 1/8. I know this MPH could be improved quite a bit with an ASP pulley, tuning, exhaust leak fixed and sticky tires, and maybe some suspension. So anyway what are your opnions???

No I put it in 3 and hit the go pedal. The shift points need to be adjusted, the car revs a lot faster with the stall and hits the rev limiter before the tranny can shift it.

I had the same problem when I got my headers and cam. My car would rev faster and bounce off of the limiter.
