Just got the news that J-Rod ran a 10.67 to Brent's 10.71 at the shootout in
SC!!!! Same day, same track, no ice on the track!!
Congratulations to J-Rod and his LG Motorsports G5X-3 cam and head Z06 and to Tommy 3 gun for the great effort. Sorry I couldn't be there to help with the car, but they did a great job.
Here is to the undisputed FASTEST C5 head and cam car in the country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DA was +300 and it is now +700 they are still running but the times are not getting any better
J Rod did a 1.449/ 60 ft
4.386/ 330 ft
6.813 @ 101.88 at the 1/8 mile
10.672 @ 126.17 in te 1/4 mile
Race weight 3280 lbs

Well, from what I understand. J-Rod's car did not win the event due to the fact that when he ran that ET he was 50lbs under the required lbs for his class. He went back added weight and could not match that same ET. He ran slower.
Rules were there black and white ... someone did not follow them ...
