Kinda odd but ive been looking at hoosier vs mickey thompson.

I have 28x13.5 ET Streets on my car right now. The section (sidewall) width is about 13.1-13.2 and about 11" on the ground.

Hoosier 28x14.5 Quicktime pro's are 13.2 section width with 12.0" on the ground.

So that means less sidewall bulge right?? Would that make them hook worse than a m/t because of that?? Because i can fit another 1" of tire on the ground by going to a hoosier.

The best experience I have had is with M/T. The Hoosier would not work for me at all. I know alot of people that run either one. It is really a personal choice.

Good luck to ya.

I love my Hoosier quick times. Have the 27x10.5x15's. First time out to the track on them I was pulling the front tires up... and my car is not that powerful.

I've run both Hoosier and MT, both pull my wheels so I like em both either way.

I am running the MT's now because my local speed shop sells 29.5x10.5-15 ET Drags for $169.00 each brand new! Jegs has them for $195.00 each.
