Default Before and After of my car Re-wiring project

I just thought I would share some before and after pictures of my car re-wiring project. I originally tried to rewire the car myself with an 18 circuit Painless wiring kit, but after several months of wiring it I decided it was time to enlist some help. I was going to try and have Brian Black ( SMKN TA 95) clean up the existing wiring in the car, but once he pulled the dash and gauges out it was apparent that all the wiring needed to be removed.

So instead we decided to start over with everything. Brian decided to build a custom control panel to mount everything on the passenger side of the car on the AC delete panel, along with making an in dash switch panel for a few of the accessories. Since this was and still is a street car, I had him do both dims, brights, all marker lights, radio with all new stereo system wiring, turn signals, horn, wipers, fan, water, stock IGN switch, cigarette lighter, fuel pump, all gauges, new battery cables, and install a stand alone LS engine harness from SSP. Alot of other little details were taken care of Brian, but the wiring was the biggest.

Thanks to Brian for taking the time to go through the car and wire it correctly!

Now enjoy some before and after pictures of my car...

I just wish they would get us some damn metal pin pullers, we use a lot of the green/white plastic ones since we use mostly 22-24 ga wire (v22 avi), and those things break all the time. But you're right, the mil spec stuff is awesome I actually have built quite a few things with "left over" stuff from work.

Plastic puller don't work more than a few times before the break. The metal ones can damage the insulator/retention part of the pin.

nice, I see some Deutsch connectors in there as well, thats all we use on the racecar. Damn crimpers are expensive, but well worth it.
