i ran 11.5psi (check after each run) kinda sketchy but did the trick.

same size tire they were my bro's about 5 years old lol, made those nitto's feel like street tires on the hook.

STRONGLY SUGGEST. TAPE or chalk the rim.

warning: if rim spins 360+ then the chalk method might not be so good.

if the rim moves, time for screws.

try it. 11.5 is fine cause after the massive burnout they will be back to 13psi. gotta check them after each run man. I tried 13.5,15psi,16psi on nitto's that day and couldn't hook for shizzit. It's a interesting ride with ET's thats all i can say. kinda floaty but damn do they hook. Gotta put a line lock in too or you will torture your brakes heating them up. (and probably trans temps).

good luck and monitor your trans fluid temps i lost performance big time as they got up there.

If your not 60'ing monster times then a higher psi might work. I'm running them at 15psi and am pulling high 1.5s, dropping the pressure doesn't help me cause I already hook. Just my .02.

what tires you got man? Are 26x11.5 on 16's the best for a camaro (stock suspenion)? i dont want to backspacers, or rubbing.

just curious. I ran 26x11 on 16's last time what fits best on a cheapie set of rims like stock z28 or salad shooters?

Ran a 1.496 60' with 23 psi. HRP track must be prepped awfully good as I never have to run less than 20 psi.

I always run between 19-22 psi with no trouble at all. I even pulled a wheel on a 150 shot out of the hole with chrome ZR1's on the front and stock 16 in Z28 wheels out back with 26/11.5/16 ET Streets.
1.5 60ft.

The one's I'm running are XPs - 16x8.5 that are for sale under the Florida section. I liked them for when my car was a daily driver and I could just bolt them up for the track with no problems of rubbing, grinding, etc.

I ran 22 psi in mine today and had no spin at all, even on a 5K dump.

Experiment a little because it will depend on track prep. The highest pressure possible without tire spin should net you the best times.
