I just went to the track tonight and ran a 12.7 @ 122 and a 12.80@120
so with traction where should I be at?

what were the 60ft's??? but 120 mph should be good for atleast low 11's i would think

No I wish............ I was spraying a 100 shot and the 60' were 2.3s and then I spun second and part of 3rd too....However I didnt spray until 3rd gear.

Na times were 13.1@114... Traction was real bad there many other guys said they were running a half to full second slower than usual

Yeah my 8th mile n20 mph was only 2 faster than na so I definelty spun ALOT

ya my stock lt1 ran a 14.3 with a 2.2 60 and a 13.7 with a 1.75 60 with nothing changed but slicks

i dont think ur car pulled that hard on the top end to achieve the trap speed u did, and especially because of ur so called traction problem.
Ur numbers just dont match up!

i think it is totally possible. i have seen cars personaly run 120+mph with only high 12second ets. all of them had a serious traction problem or would bog off the line. specially considering it is a N2O car, it could happen.

I think that time is very possible. I ran a 12.7 @ 119 on a 2.4 60'. 7 lbs. of boost and LT's.

I think you would go 125+ on a tire. You were only going 90 at the 1/8. SPIN CITY!!!

I definitely believe it's possible.. saw the vid and it seems like it was poor track prepping that caused it. 2.16 isn't a horrible 60'... not good either but we're not talkin about 2.4s or anything.

Like I said in the midwest section.

My car several years ago when it was cam, headers, drag radials and a stock clutch with a big TNT wet shot on it went 12.0@126 on 2.1 sixties..did it every time..car would not hook until the top of 3rd gear. never could get the bastard in the 11's..just couldn't get it to hook on the nittos with that big spray kit on it. 12.0 every time.
