Torque specs for Strange Drag Brakes?

Torque specs for Strange Drag Brakes? I'm doing complete front end, k-member, a-arms, drag brakes, manual brakes, etc. etc..
I'm doing the Strange Drag brakes now and the instructions are lacking. Just 1 page that shows how to mount the calipers. No instructions on how to mount the hub.
I did a search and found some great pictures however I do not know the torque spec for the hub assembly.
Anyone have this info and possible a scan of the directions?
I'll be racing the car on Friday to see how close I can get to 10's NA SI without the 90mm LSX (waiting for FAST TB)... hopefully I come close. :-/
