I recently bought the QA1 single adjustable shocks for the rear and I know theres shocks out there better, but curious of other brands reasonably priced that work well on these LS1 cars? considering something cheaper for the front, or just stick with the QA1s?

If you are on a budget and looking for a decent front drag shock setup this is definitely the direction to go.
