Default What length springs for afco front shocks?

I bought afco front shocks and am wondering what length springs you guys are using with them. I can get 10" 12" or 14". Thanks

sorry, just realized that I didn't give enough info to get any help. Car is a 99 camaro. Some weight reduction, but will be getting an iron block and a supercharger in the near future. Right now it has stock springs and sits like a 4x4, around 29" at the top of the wheel well. I would like to get it down to around 25" at the top of the wheel well. Thanks

I'm pretty sure mine are 12" and 275lb/in
But honestly, they would probably be a little soft for an iron motor with a blower hanging off of it. So I would probably go for 300lb springs

Thanks. I think we decided on 325lb springs. But the length was the issue. I have 14" ones but they are way too long. Idk if the 12" will be short enough or not. How high is the adjuster nut on yours and what is the ride height?

I thought 14" were the correct size.

I'm going to check it with the 14" again tomorrow. I want to make sure nothing is binding and holding the car up. But it was real high with them.

I'd have to look to be sure. But I'm thinking mine are 31 threads from the bottom with a 275lb spring, and the black plastic valance under the front end is about 2.5" off the ground. It's pretty damn low

yeah, that is way different than mine. Mine with the 14" springs and the shock adjuster all the way down is higher than that. I'm using the racecraft style upper shock mounts with them, which is probably making about a 2 inch difference in the height. Looks like I need to go with a 12 inch spring.
