Any ideas on what I should run at sea level?
My current track is at about 5000'. My best so far is 12.05 @ 116 on a 1.85 60'. I'm moving to SoCal in a few weeks and am curious about what I should run down there. Thanks.

rule of thumb is every 1000 ft is about 1 tenth of et, give or take on your tune-up and the air conditions. The mph you're running is good for 11s already considering my Nova runs that kind of mph but with 11.30s and 40s. With a good hook (1.6's or better), better air and closer to sea level you might see some 11.teens at close to 120 mph. Even factoring your current times should be 11.50s-60s at worst.

Edit- I have done 1 run at sea level but it was on street tires so I didn't really pay attention to it. It was a 12.7 @ 119 on a 2.4 60'. So mid to low 11's shouldn't be a problem now that I have some good tires huh? Thanks guys

Track elevation is 5350 ft here with an avg DA of 7000-8000ft during the summer.
We are on avg at least 1 sec slower......11's are a walk in the park for you
