Get a National Dragster subscription. NHRA send you a free copy of the current years rulebook for free. The subscription will cost you $59.99 however, but you get the National Dragster everyweek. It's an awesome read!! Go to http://www.NHRA.com to join.

I purchased one a few years ago in a local book store. I took a shot and low and behold they had one.

get one a bunch of ways.

-go to an NHRA facility/track near you and buy one
-some bookstores have them
-summit and jegs have em
-get one with a National Dragster subscription (my way of getting a new one every year)
