I dunno about that. I had a 11 in monster and it took 7k plus hard hits off the line in a 3400lbs car no problem. Clutch never got noisy and always grabbed like new. It did so good in my drag car for a year I swapped it into are drift car and the same clutch no parts replaced is now kicking *** sideways and clutch kicking the **** out it with 15k for miles and 120 track passes. I say it's a good clutch. So good I am looking to upgrade with monster again for my new power and setup.

You can see from the build pics that it doesn't have A/C. Unfortunately, there is no mention of whether or not 5th and 6th were deleted in the transmission which is typical in high horsepower track only builds.

Hi Ray, I’m hoping you are willing to share a secret with a fellow T-56, NMB Camaro owner if I promise not to break your record. In your in-car videos, it looks to me like you forcefully preload the shifter and that gears change only when the clutch releases. Is that an accurate description? It took me two months to rebuild my transmission and I've always been afraid to try anything (other than 7k clutch dumps) that might hurt it. Thanks, Gary

im not sure what you mean by preloading the shifter i just put it in gear and hold my hand on it when launching so im ready to grab 2nd not using force on anything. i use the cluch on every gear change

might not think about it, but some times if you put a little pressure of the shifter for the next gear, Not pulling at all just a little, more then nothing. then when you kick the clutch it goes right out if gear. noticed this with the 2step,the t56 gear think its from the helix cut in the gear (not strait cut teeth) holds them in gear when the power on going thu the gear set, so with the 2step cuts the power it takes the lash out of the gear ("unlocks" them) so it goes right out of gear into neutral, and into the next gear. I'm not a expert of t56 rebuilding,inside stuff just a idea, could be wrong. But noticed when you try to do a fast shift all in one motion when I try to "shift" before I'm off the gas. I'm too slow getting it out of gear in the super fast- clutch kick/pull gear, and end up in neutral. The little preload helps and saves the little .00004 sec head start of your arm to the foot. In the time window of the clutch kick. Not to go off topic, im so happy for ray, I can wait to get back on my car after these ray updates.
