Will Hoosier 26x10x15 slicks rub the inner fender?
I am trying to decide whether to go with 26x9x15 slicks on 15x8 wheels or 26x10x15 slicks on 15x10 wheels. Do the 26x10x15 Hoosier Slicks rub anywhere?

Thanks for the info and pics Richie. Your car looks Bad *** launching! Did you use 5/16" spacers on the rear or did you grind the brake calipers?

I have 15x9.5 bogarts with 7 inch backspace and my 26x10's only rub when taking a tight turn. Otherwise they are perfect. I'm sure I could just bang the inner fender a little with a rubber mallet and it would be 100% ok.They fit completely in the fenderwell. I hate it when a tire sticks out of the fenderwell.

2quick I just ground the hell out of the calipers <img src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" border="0" alt="[judgement]" />
The rear pass side wheel will hit sometimes, so I might get the 5/16 spacers for the rear too <img src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" border="0" alt="[cheers]" />

15x10 Prostars in back, 7.5 offset, no spacers, 26x11.5x15 ET Streets.
15x3.5's in front, with Monarch metric 165R15 radial tires, 5/16 spacer, no grinding.

I have 15x10 Prostars w/7.5 B.S. with 26x10-15 ET Drags. Ther is plenty of room in the fenderwell....even on my lowered car.

Thanks! I guess there's no difference (or a marginal difference) between the Convo Pro Drag and Street series... I've looked at Jegs and Centerlines web page and 15x10s are only listed under Street series and the 15x4s are only listed under Drag series. Am I missing something?

not difference street and drag. and 10" wide Centerlines would be a bad idea. the 8.5" ones stick out an inch or more.

The 15x10 ProStarts with 7.5 BS. I'm assuming no grinding needed on the calipers (are these the XP's?)
How much do they stick out of the fenderwell with the 11.5's on them? Thanks!

I have Hoosier 26x10x15 slicks on 15x8 Draglites and they do not rub anywhere. These tires are too wide for the 8" wheels though, my tires bow out in the middle and are not contacting the ground all the way across. Definitely go with 15x10 rims with a 7.5" backspace.
I still use the 5/16" spacers.

Sparky, you will need to grind down your calipers for 15x10 Pro Stars, even in an XP series. I don't even know if they make the 15x10's in the XP. I had a set of 16x9 Weld XP's last year and I ditched them because they weighed about the same as stock.
