Default Bad Times- M6, Slicks 9"

So here is my combo

Forged Ls1,228r, fast 102, longtube open exhaust, trunion upgrade, chromoly pushrods, underdrive pulley, ported 243s, Mcleod RXT, T56, Chromoly DS, Ford 9" with S-Trac 4.11s, Full tubular suspension, BMR X-Treme torque arm, Spohn Anti-roll bar(chromoly Solid 1 1/4" i beleive), No abs or ac, skinnies in front and 28x105x15 bias ply stiff wall mickeys in the back(maybe 10 passes)

I set my psi down to 18 with my champion beadlocks and the best times im getting are 12.3s. Feel like i should be getting into 11s so what rpm should I launch? shift rpm? any other adjustmentss. Ive put so much $ into this car and I want it to perform

Launch RPM is going to be different for every car and combo. Work up from 3,000 in small increments until you get your best 60' time. Try shifting at 6,500rpm and work up in 100rpm increments until the MPH drops. I don't know what LSA your cam is, so I can only guess what your optimal shift point would be. Don't be surprised if it's really high.

What kind of shocks are you running on the car and if you are running adjustable shocks what are they set at?

with those tires,i would launch at least 5k,if not higher. if it bogs, keep raising the launch rpm. I launched my car @ 5500 or so with 28-10.5's. I would expect 60' times in the low 1.6x range.i had a setup similar to yours and I shifted @ 6600-6700.

That's a small cam, so you're probably leaving some power on the table for starters. Also you should be leaving around 5500-6000 rpm.

18psi on a 28x10? Seems high. I run 12psi hot.

Need to see where you make peak power to determine shift points.

I always left at 6500 off a 2 step on my stock bottom end. Had 430s and a 27 x 11.5 Hoosier. Air pressure was never lower than 15 and it cut in the 1.5x. Best was a 1.51. Anywhere near 5k and the ms4 bogged.
