Default Bolt in roll cage

Looking into purchasing a bolt in roll cage set up and wanted to see what my options are. Seen the Wolfe racecraft chromoly 6pt. Want to hear some personal experience with bolt in cages.

I bought a Wolfe weld in and a friend got a bolt in. The difference I could see in the 2 (not installed yet) is the cross bar is all ready welded and the floor plates are all ready attached and bent to the floor where the weld in isn't. Both were jig notched. I'm kinda wondering if since it bolts in if it would rattle.

I just installed the Wolfe CM 6 pt. I had them weld the crossbar in and powercoat black. I was very pleased with the "fit and finish". As a bonus 8 of the 16 holes drilled went through my triangulated subframe connectors (so I had to make a quick run to hardware store for longer bolts). I don't see anyway this thing is going to rattle. It is STOUT! The only problem is that the car will more that likely surpass the 10.0 rating with my next "MOD"

I got mine during the 15% off Christmas sale and it arrived around the first of April. I really should have done an "install" thread (the directions weren't great). It did go in smooth though, two people is a must. No pics, but I can take some of the final product if interested...

I have the Wolfe bolt in and the fit was dead nuts perfect. I tech for 10.0s with it while still having swing out door bars for ease of entry/exit.

Buy it from whoever has the best pricing on it. Call a few vendors and ask if they can get a group purchase going.

I agree, fit was perfect (they told me they "have built thousands"). I also went for the double swing-outs. When I ordered they had 60 orders ahead of me, it took about 8 weeks.

There was a thread in the group purchase forum trying to get a group buy from a vendor. None of them wanted to do it for a bolt in cage

Yeah I tried my best on that one...then just ordered one from them anyway.
Are you sure you want a "10.0" cage?? Judging by your sig, you gonna need more that that. No strict tech at your track?

I should have gone for an 8-point instead of a 6-point but running faster than 10.0 has another set of rules other than the cage so at least running bottom 10s is possible without getting booted.

Ive been running 10s at my local track. They dont inspect at all on TNT. I just want it for rigidity and more safety. If i have to ill get a weld in 8/10 point
