Default Radial front tire bias rear tire question

Im ready to order tires for my car and for the rear im going with the Hoosier 28x10.5x15 stiff wall slick ( stick shift car). Now on the front I have 17x5 weld rts wheels, I had a 28 m&h bias ply front runner but they would rub. Im stepping back down to a 26 and would rather put a radial on the front bc they drive better on the street. You guys think that would be okay I know some people say not to use radial on the front with a bias ply rear but it being stiff wall and a skinny up front I think id be fine?

I think you would be fine. Never had a issue myself.

Yeah, you'll bed good. Ran ET streets, [the bias ply] on the rear of my car for a year, with radials up front. No issues.

Only issue I ever had was the rear liked to track cracks or grooves in the road.

Don't drive stupid and you should be fine.

Yup that's about it. Even the painted lines on the road if switching lanes would make a wiggle.
