Finally got a close race in to gauge where my car is sitting. Still on the same tune. 17.5 psi. Rolled my buddies nitrous lsx fox body. We keep his times hush hush. But lets just say I was very proud to have been that close to him haha.

Changed the driver door window motor. Nice to have it working again.

First pass I rolled out to get a good log and see if the car would go A-B without any hesitation. Reverse was acting up so I didnt want to spend too much time messing around. Second pass as I was certain the trans brake would not hold at all. So I was laying on the foot brake and still got it to pull wheel. unfortunately my slip printed all zeros. I was pissed!! I dont even know what the 60 was. Luckily I got it to build 6-7 psi on the brake so I could launch a little. Two goals achieved. 152+mph traps and pulled my first wheelie. On 21ish psi.

hahaha 1.93 60 foot but atleast the trap is there. Pretty on par for a 3200ish pound car. I havent weighed it in a while but it should be close.

On The second pass. The unthinkable ... for whatever reason the turbo shaft broke in half, flew out of the dumpipe never to be found BTW, and this was the pass my ******* time slip did not print correctly. What a night?

I have not seen this happen before? Still no reason why. I hope the warranty covers it.

Well after the turbo breaking. I miraculously started having very strange oiling issues. Put a cast s475 on it and it hadshaft play in 50 mins. so I pulled the motor and changed the pump and looked everything over. Found nothing wrong so I put it back together and put it in. Very little driving later I spun a rod bearing. So I pulled the 5.3 out and put a sbe lq4 in it for the past couple months.
Moved back to michigan so I havent had a lot of time to mess with the car. So I am closing on a house in a month so I am finding time to get to it and hopefully get a few good passes before the year is up.
Still unsure of the oiling issues I bought a moroso pan in case I was "starving" the oil pan with the oem fbody pan on there.
Ordered a pump from btr that was said to work best with borg turbos. Stock pressure and slightly higher volume.

Picked up a used 80mm bullseye TCT turbo.

Did the motor plate and finally got my k member in. Picked up a red ss with all tubular front end so I did some swapping around and ended up with tubular control arms for the black car also.
