There's varying opinions on the LLSRs. For the vast majority of the street/strip (or even just strip) applications you'll gain nothing going to a low lash setup. But it sure is a good way to spend money. If you're wanting to go with a more aggressive setup I'd personally go with a short travel hydraulic roller before I go low lash solid. Each application is different though so you have to choose accordingly.

It really depends on the lobe profile and how aggressive they are. You're better off calling Brian Tooley and talking to him about what would work best.

It's been a while since I updated this thread. Lots of changes over the last several months. I left my previous shop, bought a new chassis dyno and opened up my own place back in March so everything else slowed down for a while.
The car now has a 10 point chromoly cage good to 8.50. Rear seat is gone along with airbags, rear seats, and other odds and ends to save weight. I put a new set of carpet from ACC in while it was all apart. Swapped the Mickey Sportsman fronts to ET Fronts for about 15 lbs of savings. Rears were worn out, so they got swapped for ET Street Pro Radials.
So far this year I've only had it out twice, mostly for diagnostic purposes. I'm losing voltage above 6,000 RPM, which is pretty much the whole pass. It drops as low as 10.5 volts. My wideband wasn't cooperating so I don't have accurate data but I'm thinking it was leaning out due to the voltage drop. I'm fairly certain I'm over spinning the alternator so I'm going to put the stock pulley back on it and see what happens. So far the best it's done with the extra weight of the cage is 10.41 @ 129 MPH on a 1.36 60'. I'm hoping to improve upon that once the voltage issue gets straightened out and I can tune it better on the track.
The next step will be a cam and intake manifold change so I can swing this thing as high as 8,000 RPM. That'll be later in the year. Anyway here's some pictures.

I've been at Edgewater the past two Fridays. You'll find me there, ThornHill, or Kilkare periodically. Once I get everything finished up I'll be at the LSx events and any local heads up and index races.

Sorry for the lack up updates. It's been insanely busy around the shop between builds and tunes. I don't spend too much time working on mine when I have customer cars waiting. If I do it's after hours.
I'm keeping the FAST 102 for right now. I'm going to modify a set of runners to help shift power further up in the RPM range. They're supposed to be here this week so I can get to porting, cutting, and shaping them. Once I have those done I'll throw it up on the dyno to quantify gains. If it does what I'm aiming for, the new cam and springs will go in to see if we can make even more power.
Thanks for the kind words guys. The car was at LS Fest running Street King. I lost second round in a double breakout. Stupid on my part because I had him by over a tenth on the tree.
The car was missing MPH and the 60' was off all weekend which I think was a burned plug wire. Even with the missing 3 MPH, it went 10.33 which is the best to date. I'm happy with that considering how much weight I added. I'll have a new wire made and on the car for this weekend I hope.

The combo has changed since this thread a bit. Cam was changed, Johnson short travel link bars, 3/8 pushrods, and a Plazmaman billet intake. I have only had it to the track once. It suffered down low as expected, but gained 4 mph on the back half and still making power at 8,000 rpm. I ran out of time to get anything really dialed in. The converter needs changed to match the new combo, trans needs freshened up and a brake, and I want to pull some weight out of the car. I'm only going to go so fast at 3,600 lbs with small cubes and one atmosphere.
