hitting the limiter killed your momentum, and being .04 off on the 60' is about .1 at the other end. this doesnt take into accout the air, DA has a huge effect on power, then u have wind at the track and well u get the idea, go back again a few times.
you are comparing your best run ever with your best of 3 runs with a new setup. give it time.

Baro and humidity play a huge factor as well as temp. Take into account your traction issues and rev limit and I think you did alright <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

My best run before was back in January. It was around 45-50 degrees. Car ran a 12.42 with a 1.66 60 ft. @ 108 mph. At that time, I did not know, but A/F was like 13.8.
Last night the car was the same minus the MAF ends, but added a MAFT which on the dyno added 25 HP and my A/F became 12.2 at WOT 2% rich. Did a couple runs on the dyno and numbers were similiar.
Also, had the front sway bar off and had 50 less pounds. My best run was a 12.53 with a 1.70 60 ft. @ 108.5 mph, BUT I did hit the rev limiter on the 1-2 shift for a quick second. Had the same time on another run, but hit the 2-3 limiter. Fixed it with Hpp3, but could not hook after that. WEather was around 60 degrees if not a tad warmer.
My question is shouldn't I have ran a lot better than a 12.53 with the MAFT (& 25 extra RWHP & a little less weight). My 60 ft. was only a .04 diference from my best run ever. I thought for sure I would have matched the 12.42 at least.
Any ideas??? Thanks..
