Default 3:73 versus 3:90's or 4:10's

I am currently running 3:73's on my setup with 400 HP. What would be the ET improvement with the 3:90's or 4:10's over the 3:73's through the quarter with a vig. 3200. Would there be traction issues? Your input will be greatly appreicated.

Hey there kent.
I have asked similar questions and from what I have been told from novice people on this board is that from 3.73 to 4.10, you should see a tenth. I believe it was Pro Stock John and some other guys. You might want to search the drivetrain section and this section as well. I have a few posts on this same topic.
I also agree that a stall would be best and I heard the 4400 is not all that bad but what do I know? I am a 6 speed. Guess there is only one way to find out right.

i've had 342 373 410 456 in my 98z28, it went fastest being .15 or so quicker with the 410, if you run more than 115 mph and less that 6000 rpm id consider 3.90's
