Default Tell me about this treating the slicks trick........

I have brand new ET streets. Do you just wipe thinner all over the tread surface? What exactly does this do to the tire? Do you need to treat them on a regular basis? TIA.

I've always just given new tires a good burn on the first pass, and it's always worked well for me.

I'd only buy my own VHT if I raced at a terrible track.

My first burnout at the track is always my longest.

Thanks for the info (and pics) guys. I thought there might be a little rocket science involved that I was over looking. This treatment/prep looks like something I can handle with little or no trouble.lol. Thanks again.

my track (Heartland Park Topeka) does NOT prep the track during the summer. do you think it is worth spraying VHT on the tires?
