My LCA's dont seem even to the ground after the 12 bolt install, is this normal?

My LCA's dont seem even to the ground after the 12 bolt install, is this normal? After putting the Strange 12 bolt in, it seems as though the LCA's need to go on the top hole "there are 2 holes for adjustment on the reloc. brackets"
What kind of angle do you guys have on the LCA's with your 12 bolt?
My car is also lowered so that makes a difference as well. Tomorrow I will raise the LCA's to the next hole up to see if I can make them more parellel to the ground.
