Default New best with the PT4200 in the heat.

Well, 60' anway. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

DA hovering around 2300-2500 at my local 1/8th mile track:

1.62 - new best
4.84 - 330 mark - new best
7.62 @ 88.1 - second best ever, only to a 7.61 I ran in -600 DA. I hit the rev-limiter on the 1-2 shift - for some reason. Video looked like it might have spun a little past the 60', which could have caused that I guess... Could have been my first 7.5.

Had brand new Hoosier slicks as well(26x9.00-15). I was stalling it anywhere from 2400 - 3000(maybe a little less) without change really..

For the first time out with this TC I am EXTREMELY happy. Only had to mess with my shift points(2-3) once - which netted my best time. Can't wait for cooler weather! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Other runs:

1.65, 7.69 @ 88.0 - 1st run, over 3* KR at one point. Only atap run.
1.65, 7.65 @ 88.1 - 2nd run
3rd run is above
1.65, 7.65 @ 88.2 - last run, spun a little off the line.

Talk about consistent 60's.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I'll find out what it does in the 1/4 at SLP day next week in Ennis. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Hoping for hot weather 11's.

Nice times lane <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Just wait till fall when you nail a 1.5 60fts. and some of them sweet 7.30s <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> You will tell between a 7.6-7.3 1/8th mile, thats when your eyes will get unfocused on the launch for a sec. or so lol

Man, the first time I ran a 1.6 60', from a previous best of 1.95 - that brief blur was cool! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

So, given some nice -DA weather, what do you guys think it could run? 1/8th, 1/4.

Full bolt-ons, true duals(maybe go to open header type set-up), pulley, full suspension, slicks-skinnies. Shooting for a raceweight around 3300.

Congratulations! Those are some good runs. You should be deep in the 11s when it gets cool.
What was your race weight for the above runs?

Thanks

John

alright Lane! I knew you'd have some great results over the Vig 3200. Now you know what I'm talking about. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> I'll see ya out at the Motorplex on Sunday!

I figure it was good for about a .15 to .2 improvement over the Vig32 in that weather. And probably a good 2 mph better.

See you Sunday. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
