Well my mods are listed in sig, I don't understand why you are so slow. I have run 13.02 at 110 mph and I have alot less mods than you.
Are you power shifting, what RPM shift?
I powershift at 6000 I launch at 3000 dumping the clutch,on 14 lbs Nitto DRs, I bog a little then get going.
Hope that helps.

good morning,i seam to have a dead spot between 94 mph-100mph.the last time i ran the car was 8/16/02 and it was the first time i ran with the drag radials.i bought the car last dec.this past april i ran it for the first time.it was still cool outside.after a few friday nights,i was in the high 13's.then i started adding the mods.after all the mods were done.i had a traction problem.so i saved and bought apair of drag radials.
