Default suspension mods..what helps most?

I have stock suspension with air bag and sub frame connectors. I am looking at BMR LCAs and Trak-PAk torque arm set up. Will this help more than HAl shocks? I know all would be great but what helps the MOST first. So far i get 1.6s 60' on ET streets with PI #7 convertor.

Hals shocks/springs up front and a set of LCA relocators. That's the best bang for the hookin' buck short of better tires (can't beat a set of meaty full slicks!)
