fastest bone stock f-body? whats the fastest pass someones made with a 100% bone stock f-body?no free mods,nitto's.. nothin... off the show room floor and on to the track. my friend ran a 12.995 today bone stock and i couldnt believe it

I don't know if he's a member of this board, but KillerQuad (Jake B) has run his WS6 12.868@108 at Great Lakes Dragaway in Union Grove, Wisconsin. This was my first year ever attempting to do legal drag racing, and he's been very helpful getting me to figure out how to launch my M6 car. It seems every time I go out I get a better 60' time, and of course the ET drops.

Re: fastest bone stock f-body? I went 12.94 @110.03 bone stock. Had 6k miles on the car at the time. This was done at BeechBend raceway in Bowling Green, KY.

Re: fastest bone stock f-body? My buddy ran his dad's 99 SS M6 to a 12.94 @ 109 bone stock. He doesn't even own the car and rarely drives it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Re: fastest bone stock f-body? Thanks for the intro mattf2. I don't think anyone was more shocked than me with the car dipping into the 12's 5 times that day. This was showroom stock the day after I bought the car and took it to Cecil the next day and met alot of people from the board. The funny part was it wasn't even on my best 60ft. It was with a 2.052 I think when I had some 2.04's earlier. The car trapped incredible with breaking 110MPH on alot of runs. I took the car down a month later with JUST a lid and still the stock very dirty paper air filter and the car ran a 12.79 @ 111MPH and it was warmer out. The car weighed in at 3410 w/o me in it with 1/8tank of gas both days.
