Street Lethal Stangs and Fast Fords is putting on our second annual 'BS Stops Here' event.

Anything fast is welcome.

Come down if you think you can hang with some Mustangs, Grand Nationals, and some F-Body guys. It's $10 to get in, and another $10 to race. We have an elimination style class system setup that is open to anyone (it's broken down into tire types).

Gates open at 9, we start running at 10, and go until about 4 or 5 depending on the number of cars down there.

We've had a great time everytime we've done an event like this, and it was in no way outnumbered by anything. We have a fair smattering of everything down there (so it's not like 200 mustangs beating up on 2 guys in camaro's).

We will have some prizes and hopefully some trophies too. And the winner of our overall race gets the title of 'King of the BS Stops Here 2002'. Not a bad title to go for.

Silver Dollar Raceway in Reynolds, GA. It is a pretty nice track - they prep well.
That is the same place Georgia Fbody holds their shootouts.

I know about 5 or 6 of us that might just show up to have some fun.

How's the tech. going to be. Won't go if I can't run all out. I run low 11's and hoping for 10's, but don't have a cage in the car. Will this be a problem?

Well, the BS did stop there today <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Awesome event these Mustang guys put on. GREAT organization. I took the overall winning spot for the day with a 10.84@132 mph. I dont think too many of the Mustang guys were happy about that. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> Thanx again for a great day and for inviting the local LS1s to play with ya.

Yep, Cammin BeSSt was the baddest thing out there. He was always able to step it up when he needed. He not only beat the mustangs, but also the cars on slicks, to be the "B.S. King". Good Job CamminBeaSSt. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Ron, what happend after I left man. The last race I saw was you against that white 5.0. <img border="0" alt="[fight]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_punch.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> I thought that was going to be the last race so we headed back. Were there more races, or did you do time runs at the end? Congrats on the 10.8 <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> thats hauling ***!

Thanx guys, Yea Jason, The race with me and the white Fox was the finals for DOT class. I won that and advanced to race the slick tire champ. Thats the pass I went 10.80s on. Then we packed it up and headed home. Personally, the last two races of the day were the best ones. I cant wait to get back out there and hit the 150 kick <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
