I think it's going to be a bad winter. Last year this time it was 50 degree. It has snowed twice already this year and colder than I can remember in a while.

Oh well, time to tear my baby down and get ready for next season.

Our final night here is tomorrow, a street legal night. A.K.A. have fun trying to hook after ricers drag water to the line. At least the weather will be decent, and maybe (please god help! <img border="0" alt="[hail]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" /> ) I'll get my first n/a 11 second run in the Nova.

Explain this to me: why do you close a track located in Florida during winter when it doesn't snow here and the best air is in the #$%@! winter???!!

About to get very mild almost everywhere - El Nino kicking in and going to crash the big West Coast ridge that has been driving all of the cold air down east of it.

Actually, some snowstorms may be possible in eastern and central states for awhile, but after next Tuesday morning, it is going to get a lot warmer. And slushier in the places that are still getting snowstorms. And rainier in Texas and the South.

Only rain gets us in Houston . . . I do not miss living in places where it snows at all.
