Default New Best with B1 cam/Vigilante 3200

Got some passes in today in the cool air but broke the 10 bolt again on my last pass in the finals of trophy street brackets. The guy i was lined up against redlighted and i one right off the bat but i wanted to make my last pass and try to get the 11.49 i came after but instead the car HOOKED hard and KABOOM! I spun my way to a new best today but left me wondering what was still on the table. I need a bigger converter to help with the cam but now it looks like my converter money is going to a rebuild Guess it's time to slap the 4.10s and ET Drags on the car and see if i can get it into the 11.40s before the LS6 intake and ASP pulley goes on later. Time is in the sig

Yep just a little setback but should be running again with some 4.10s in the next week or two .

These small cams aren't so bad at all I'm happy with my trap speed considering im not done with all the bolt ons. Might see some 119s late in the year with the future mods soon

Street: what was your raceweight that day?? Awesome Times BTW

sucks to hear about the rear.. I just got a set of et streets to try out with mine this spring since I cant do crap on the nittos anymore with the 224 cam. The best 60 ive been on nittos was a 1.58 before the cam... I just hope my rear can hold up for a few passes

best of luck on the rebuild! are you still going with the 10bolt again??

I run the 26x10.5x15 ET Streets are lately i can not get them to hook unless i run 14psi. As you can see if they hook hard you can break a rearend.

I have located a 10 bolt with the 4.10 gear setup that i want and will try to throw it in the car soon and head back to see if i can run some 11.40s before the cool air is gone

dang.. i was hoping those tires would hook.. are you running 15x8's also? Thats the setup im gonna try so hopefully they will hook a little better than my nittos did

Hopefully i have a friends 10bolt on backup right now so if i blow im good to go with a replacement

good luck and go get those 11.4's.... im gonna be chasing you this spring HHEHEHE

Yep i run 15x8 Draglites and i now currently have a set of 26x10 Drags for the 4.10s.

Good luck trying to catch me im shooting for the LS6 intake and some other bolt ons i don't have to see how far this setup can go before i get a set of heads later on.

Scott
