Default Light weight k-member install - has anyone seen a write up?

I am going over the steps in my head and it seems like a pretty intense job. Has anyone written or seen a writeup somewhere to help me along?

Did you pull the motor out of the top or did you pick the car up off of the subframe and support the engine from there?

its fairly easy...

I did mine this way... when motor was in car

put car on jack stands
secure motor with engine hoist or some sort of device (bar across strut towers with chain down to motor...) this will secure the motor from falling..

*unbolt engine mounts,
*take brake line off k member,
*unbolt rack and pinion, (take out possibly as well but not manditory)
*unbolt control arms (i took off rack cause i was doing control arms as well.)
*drop k member (i used a jack under the middle to hold the weight while i removed bolts.drop k member and remove control arms from k member.
*install new k member and off and running.
Get aligned...
