Default SWAY BAR

i have been hearing a lot about removing the sway bar for the track. i was just gonna try it myself to see if it really does help. i was just wondering how exactly you would go about taking it off. thanks in advance for all the help. <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
