Default Replacement for Air Bag Covers

I have my dash out, I was removing the heater core and AC ducts (what a PITA) anyway, I might as well remove my air bags since I don't even have the sensor hooked up anymore and I drive around on the streets with a 5 point harnes.

Question for those who have removed their air bags, what did you use to replace the skins/covers?

The air bags come out in one piece and looked to be rivited to the covers. I know I could drill out the rivits and re-use the covers, but I would have to destroy a set of perfect air bags. I was thinking about getting a grant steering wheel, but I like having the stereo controls on my wheel. Any tips?

Lee your a nut !!! the Billingsley cover is a nice piece. How light are you going to make that car ? No more A/C in South Fla. with the summer coming up and I thought I was the only wacky one down here to delete his A/C

Robs SS: I called Billingsley, I am going to buy thier piece for the steering wheel =).

Street Racer: I know I'm a nut. This is my daily driver too! Well, for a little while longer anyway. I am buyin a truck in a few weeks. I'm looking for something used around 96-98 Tahoe/Suburban type at the moment. I want something that I can use to tow my car with, I want to be able to travel to the Spring Break or North vs South events etc. I can handle not having AC in the car, I rarely ever used it anyway. I work 7 miles/10 minutes from home. The only sucky thing will be tring to drive in the rain and having to keep the windows up or not being able to defog the windshield. Blah when I get my truck, I will use my car for fair weather/racing only

Well here is what I removed so far, in the past couple days:

!Drivers Air Bag
!Passengers Air Bag
!Front Bumber Support
!AC system
!AC Ducts inside the Dash
!Heater Core
!Front Sway Bar+Brackets
!Stock K-member
!Stock lower A-Arms
!Stock Carpet
!A few other small items here and there

Tonite I will be removing the rear bumper support and finishing my BMR K-member and A-Arm setup.

My new motor will be arriving middle of next week. The details are in my sig.
