lt1 goes 9's n/a back to back 7 times :)
rather than post all 7 slips I'll post up the 2 best...
all runs today were footbrake and with mufflers
1.422 60ft
6.32@109.24
9.946@135.25
1.44 60ft.
6.34@109.22
9.957@135.47 (had to back it up lol)
all in all car ran dead nuts consistant so much infact that i brought home money heres all 7 passes

I'd say thats pretty consistant
looks like the theory was correct rings finally seated...watchout the transbrake is com in..Did I mention that was with a 4.11 gear? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

there are well over 30 LT1s in the 9s....
as far as i know, Joe is the 3rd to run 9s on motor alone that has posted on the net. the others being Vince and Steve

Frank 9.73 is no doubt good with a lt1 in a 1st gen ..however, I'm no where near his race weight.Nor have I geared/stalled to its potential..I'm not one to rush into things .I've only ran this car Nov. of 02' and only 2 weeks of march..This is just the beginning but thanks you just gave me one more goal to shoot for <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
