LT1 6-speed runs 9.68@141.5
I know that it's a LT1 but. It is impressive, you gotta give him that.
Taner just called me and let me know that he crushed my f-body 6 speed record with a 9.68 at 141.5 mph.
I'm not sure what the 60' was but I know that he pulled a 1.29 60' earlier on a run. Holy crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats Taner. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Tanner drove the car well and got the job done and the track was no more than average.Congradulations Tanner on the new m6 record! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

Fenris Ulf,
yes ALL BMR STUFF, i think the 1.27 60' really tells you his **** works, gotta love it! that race weight is down to a stealth 3400-3425, down a fair bit from last year.
thanks to all! and yes it was DRIVING!!!! wow! i gotta get these videos hosted!
Agostino built powerplant, 396 w/ N.O.S proshot fogger on top! (me likes the bottle) made 436rwhp (N/A) on dyno 3 weeks ago with slicks opn and exhaust capped. not too shabby <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
i just put hals on over the winter...... finally!
Mcleod street twin! the **** grabs like it is nobodies business! the trans is stock, but i had it freshened last year after i broke the output shaft....doh! the key to it surviving is that i had the rotating stuff cryo'ed! now to put it back into street mode for a couple of weeks so I can enjoy the car, besides i have a new set of et streets on my SS wheels begging to be broken in!

Congrats Tanner!! <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
It was a great start to spring watching you run these incredible times yesterday. I was impressed when I saw the 9.9 when I first got there, let alone getting it dialed in enough to run the 9.68!!

Re: LT1 6-speed runs 9.68@141.5
thanks Barry! as Roman once called me .... the gear rower ....
Tom,
i can't wait for N vs S !!!!! that is going to be just awesome!
Matt,
you gotta let me know when you are ready....you know <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> i would love to see that thing fly down the track!
the 1.27 60' wasn't as bad as the 1.29, i had made a few improvements to the suspension as the day wore on. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />
