I know there will be prizes for quick 8NA and Quick 8 wild. Tbyrne and Texas Speed are just a few of the sponsors from this forum helping us with prizes also! Hopefully some of these fast LS1's on here will come out to take on ONETA2TRY's 9 sec NA LT1 <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

But try your best to get out and support this event. Should be fun for all. Usually we draw over 75-100 fbods everytime <img border="0" alt="[worship]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

East side: Ya;ll are more than welcome to come back. Its should be bascially the same setup as the Modern shootout, but just less classes.

4JOE: its at Maryland International Raceway(MIR). The payouts arent anything big, just mainly 100 for 1st and 50 for second(along with trophies). This isnt a big event like the North/South and TR shootouts <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> We dont have enough sponsors to pay those nice sums like they do <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />
Its just mainly a day of friendly racing with tons of 4th gens!

Im still getting emails from guys that want to sponsor so we may work out a quick 8 stock internal(NA) class also for this. But this class would be DOT tires only, and you have to have the front seat and carpet in the car. No bare metal! Skinnies would be allowed also.

Ill keep everyone posted and should again have the details by wednesday!

Ive been 1.59 there with nittos and stock internals before. The ony track i did better at was Cecil, but I still think MIR is a better setup <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
