Has anyone been turned away at the track (NHRA or IHRA) for using their stock 4th gen. Camaro seats with 5-point harness? I`m using a individual wrap around style G-Force harness with my Wolfe roll bar and when I`m sitting in the seat, it doesn`t seem too bad, but when I look at it when I`m out, it doesn`t seem right. If they had head rests like the pontiacs it would work better. I don`t really want to bu a drag seat this season (Mod money+new baby=ZERO,ZILCH,GONE!!) Anyone had any problems with this??

To pass IHRA tech with my Camaro I had to run the harness thru the seat at shoulder level. I had a local upholstery shop do the work. From what I can remember it was not too expensive. I would think that the NHRA would expect the same.

Every track that I went to I never had a problem with stock seat and 5 point.And that was about 7 diffirent tracks.
