Default Better traction: 26x11.5x16 vs. 26x10.5x15

So which one would provide better traction? The one with the extra inch of sidewall or the one with the extra inch of tread? All other things being equal. Also, does one weigh more than the other?

teh bigger sidewall will nearly always hook better. 26x10.5x15 is the choice. width generaly wont matter, esp if you dont run a full 10" wide wheel.

on a 16X8 stock rim that extra inch of width isn't gonna do ****.

that extra inch of sidewall on the 15" will work wonders over the 16" tire though.
