Whatever you get for a harness get a cam lock set up, it's very nice to have especially if you drive on the street. I have Stroud harness' and like them very much. All the big names make nice set ups though. I think most guys are using wrap around styles where the shoulder belts wrap around the cross bar and the lap/sub belts bolt to the floor, atleast that's how mine is set up.
BTW: Are you using stock seats? I'm not sure on the exact rules but if the shoulder belts have to come around the sides of the seat instead of through the seats at the shoulder you may have a problem. I remember one kid getting trouble from a tech about that.
