What kind of gains to expect?

What kind of gains to expect? My setup is exactly as follows:
00 A4 WS6
granatelli air-lid
TSP TD's/ pacesetter LT's
Yank PT 4000
TSP Magic Stick V3
The car is also on some shitty suspension, eibach sportlines..
The car went 7.59 @ 89 mph with those exact mods, on slicks and skinnies. What kind of gains do you guys think I could see after gears/intake/tb/pulley?
Im going with 3.73's, FAST 90/90, pulley. What kind of gains do you guys think i could expect to see out of those mods?
