Default t-rex guys

hey guys i was looking into the t-rex cam is it streetable? also i was going to run a 4000 trans king stall with a th350. Do you think I could run my AC with no problem with the cam. I know most of you guys pull the AC out but i had a street/drag car with no AC and it gets hot, especially with no carpet.

no, the T rex is not streetable, your car will catch fire.
If your asking if something is streetable, you shouldn't be puting in a 4000 stall and a TH350.

If you can run a 4000 stall converter and a TH350, you can run the Trex. BUT I see that right now you have an A4 with 2.73's and a stock converter. Going to a Trex and a 4k stall in a non lockup non OD tranny will be a BIG change. (assuming this is for the 98 in your sig.....)

yes its streetable. yes you can have A/C running. will be it smooth? hell no. just take the car to a good tuner. you have Futral and Thunder in the very state you live in. They are the best in the country. take it to them for custom tuning and you will be fine.

th350 (i suggest 400) + 4000 stall + Trex = lol street car.

i too would go with the Th400 transmission. it'll put up with more power and abuse while that th350 would last a while but can't put up with as much as the 400. just my opinion.

btw IMO for optimal results, the Trex is going to require more convertor than a 4000. i would look to a 4400-4600 without a doubt. look at its powerband.

Fire???

What is not streetable I have a friend that has a 1969 ford F-100 pickup he ran a 8.86 @ 150 mph and he drives this thing on the street. Even hits the trans brake on the street. I seen him yank the tires at a traffic light.

Well anyway All I really wanted to know is how it would act up on the street. Really all the street driving this thing will do is going to the local car shows or something like that.

As far a my car getting this setup put together probably won't be soon. I guess I should use the th400 I forgot i had one. I have 2 th350 and a 400 the th400 i not sure what been done to it but I have to take a look at it.

Thanks guys for the input
