Default Hoosier or Mickey Thompson

Just like the title says. I sold the MT drag radials and want to step up to a full slick on my 15x10 prostars. Which tire have all of you guys had better luck with? I am going with a 26x10x15. thanks

Kinda partial to the M/T brand. They are the only tires that I have ever run. 6th set in 11 years JMO

I had the M/T's in that size and they would dead hook dumping at 6800 with 440 rwhp.

always run mickey's on 3 different cars with no complaints. The expression "if it ain't broke don't fix it" comes to mind.

I recently swapped from 26 x 11.5 et streets (26 x 10 actual) to a 28 x 11.5 et street and found the car to be more stable and better hooking on the juice due to the added sidewall, FWIW. I'm going 1.5x 60 foots on these repeatable and get 160-180 passes from each set.

I am going with Hoosier's this time around. I have heard they last a little longer and hook just as well.

I run 26- 8.5x15" ET Drags w/my Vig 3200-3.23, stock motor combo. 1.67 sixties. This wknd, I'll be trying mdblackz28's 275-50x15 ET Street radials, both on 7.5x15" Convo Pro's. I'm hoping the radials will mph a little better than the ET Drags...60 fts? We will see.... WJ

I ran Hoosier on my old setup. 28x10 worked very well for me.

For slicks I have run Hoosiers for about 5 years with lots of good traction. Before that I tried MT ET Streets and then MT Drags with no luck at Orlando Spinworld(Speedworld). I also have a set of MT Dragradials that work great on my mid 11sec streetcar.

the new m/t radials don't want to hold my mid/low(ish)10 sec car. spin, spin, spin is all i did(2.5 60's)i'm glad i borrowed them and not actually paid for them. but...they work well for my bud and his 12 sec car.

As soon as I get a rear end I'll test em out. Hopefully only a few weeks.
