Default Can you 'convert' a solid LCA to poly?

one like this

no it's not this actual LCA, but one very close to it. does anyone make a poly end that would screw into the shaft?? it's too damn noisy on the street, but I'd like to swap it out for track duty for certain events.

thanks.

Yeah, you can buy the poly ends from BMR or Applied Racing. I'm sure others sell them too.

solid there is no bushing to absorb road noise and vibration. but the solid provides a more firm translation of the tq to the ground or tire.

solids have a tiny bit of play, but that translates into a lot of extra noise. especially at slow speeds.

Consider just putting poly on the body side, and a qa1 teflon lined rod end on the suspension side.I went this way as my double poly ends put the suspension in a bit of
a bind.

It is possible that adding a different end might make the whole LCA too long, but BMR should be able to help.
