9 or 10 second cars, school me on ur front shocks, i know nothing!
i was told to get the front shocks first and see how the stockers do out the back for now...
i have a cam 150 shot 4.10's and a 3k stall as major mods for now.. will be running on 25.5 inch tall skinnies up front i think is the hieght of that vw tire, and 27-28 inch slicks out back. the front end has lost 100+ lbs.. the whole car has recently dropped 200... so shes pretty light if that matters.
i was told to get 275 front springs and the R series front shocks made by hal.
what will this do for me, how do i adjust them... somebody give me the basic info i need to know before i go screwing somethign up!
thanks.

well I'm not a 9 or 10 second guy but I can give ya some advice, is your car a DD? If so, I would look into the Hal #300 spring, this is what Hal recommended me and this is what I am running with my Hal F shocks. Hal said that the #275 is a FULL drag spring and isn't recommened for the street, my #300 springs do fine for me at the track. I was also told by Madman that the R series shocks aren't that good for the street either, wear out faster for some reason. I run mine at 6 on both ends and it was hooking NICELY with MT drag radials. The main thing is trial and error with adjusting them, gotta play with them to find out where you like them the most.

i have only run once with the nitrous shot. i have a LCA, relocation brackets, bmr drag pak (tq arm), and subframe connectors (do nothing imo for drag).
1.505 60' spinning on nitrous first time out on new tq arm (not adjusted yet)
1.53 countless times on stock tq arm n/a
no doubt 1.4x can easily be done even at my 3500 lbs race weight. just need to experiment with my tq arm.
